Working from home. Some Travel Needed. Must live on Long Island.
40-50K to start a year. Bonuses to 50K above salary.
Approx. 45-50 hours per week. Some weeknights and weekends required.
Broker with 20 years experience, Real Estate Sales Manager / Office Administrator with at least 10 years of experience in dealing with buyers, sellers, investors, Expeditors, appraisers, lawyers, etc.
Must be able to handle everything that comes in real estate marketing closures.
Should be aware of all the current Real Estate documents, procedures, and sales practices.
Knowledge of contact management software and social media is also necessary, but could be taught.
Looking for someone who is a hard worker, ambitious, proactive, and patient.
